As you navigate through and interact with our Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies. We use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., web beacons, pixels, ad tags and device identifiers) to recognize you and/or your device(s). A cookie is a small file that asks permission to be placed on a device’s storage space. Cookies allow applications to respond to each User as an individual. The application can tailor its operations to a User’s needs, likes, and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about the User’s preferences.

We may also use “pixel tags,” “web beacons,” “clear GIFs” or similar means (individually or collectively “Pixel Tags”) in connection with emails that we send to our Users in order to collect usage data. We use Pixel Tags, other technologies, and the information we collect to count Users who have visited certain pages on our Services, to deliver branded services, and to help determine the effectiveness of promotional or advertising campaigns.

Overall, cookies help us provide you with better Services, by enabling us to monitor which pages and Services you find useful. Cookies do not give us access to a computer or any information about you, other than the data you and your device choose to share with us.

You may decline cookies, if permitted by your device and browser, although doing so may affect the performance or ability to use certain features of our Services.

We may collect personal information related to behavioral tracking, and our Services do not currently respond to do-not-track signals or other mechanisms that enable Users to opt out of tracking.

2J. Information from Third Parties

4E. Feedback and Contributions

We may use information provided by a User in the form of feedback, suggestions, or other comments to improve existing Services and develop new products and services. 5A. Non-affiliated Third Parties

Each User must authorize the syncing, uploading, or sharing of information from any third party websites, applications, or other platforms. Although our Services may be used in conjunction with third-party products and services, we are not affiliated with, and have no control over, such third parties. Each User must review the privacy policy of each third-party provider of products or services for information about the third-party’s privacy and data practices.

5B. Affiliates and Partners

We may share User information with a parent company, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control, in which case we will require such affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. In the event that Guide & Seek or certain of our assets or ownership interests are acquired, your information may be included among the transferred assets and shared with affiliates. We may share your personal data in preparation for any such event. Any other entity which buys us or part of our business will have the right to continue to use your data, but only in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy.

We use others to help us provide our Services (e.g., maintenance, analysis, audit, payments, fraud detection, marketing, analytics, and research and development). They will have access to your information as reasonably necessary to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use your information for other purposes.

We follow the law whenever we receive requests about one or more Users from a government or related to a lawsuit. We will notify affected Users when we are asked to disclose their personally-identifiable information in this way unless we are legally prohibited from doing so. When we receive requests like this, we will only release a User’s personally-identifiable information if we have a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary or appropriate under applicable law. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any legal defenses or objections that a User may have to a third party’s request to disclose the User’s information.

6. SECURITY

We employ security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and/or unauthorized alteration of the information under our control or under the control of our affiliates and partners.

Although we strive to protect privacy, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that personal information or private communications will always remain free from security issues.
